SMARTfit Games Explained

Game categories offered within the SMARTfit user interface app provide scalable training designed to address multiple brain domains while igniting improved performance of the brain and body connection.

User settings within each game allow trainers to precisely control how their clients are challenged and trained. Each folder includes multiple variations of games and each game can be tailored to match and challenge the physical and cognitive capability of participants. Challenges can be gradually increased by altering the length of the games as well making incremental changes to the settings.  Variations include:

  • options on how many and which targets will be used
  • their sequence 
  • their level of sensitivity
  • the images that will be displayed
  • the physical activity that will be done while interacting with the targets. 

This way, skill building takes place in a controlled and measured way ensuring the best balance of challenge and safety that matches the level of ability of participants.  The systems communications are able to execute games at a speed faster than the fastest athlete while tracking performance data in real time.
